Sacred Heart Catholic School OKC

Volunteering is a great way to give back to the school and earn hours for time and talent. Every school volunteer must be compliant with our safe environment process. 

If you are interested in volunteering, please follow these steps for first time volunteers:

• Begin the Safe Environment process by calling the school and letting them know you want to be a volunteer.
• The school office will take down the names of 3 character references and give you the quarterly SE code. Please do not share this code.
• Log on to the SE portal and create your account. Write down your user name and password. You will need it again!
• Fill out the background check information.
• Enter your location as SACRED HEART OKC-SCHOOL
• Submit your application
• You will then go to the coursework and take the first class “Protecting Children in the 21^st Century”
• Once your background clears, references are checked, and you completed the coursework, you will be emailed a certificate.

You will need to log in every year (beginning August 1) to renew your SE by taking the next online course.
